Nemecyst are an Alternative/Melodic Metalcore outfit from Glasgow, Scotland - Combining the music of Metalcore and Progressive Metal, with the haunting, powerful melodies of Alternative Rock & Metal

Formed in 2010, the Nemecyst hit the ground running - quickly generating performing material and supporting local bands in their formative years, such as All Shall Perish and Bleed from Within.
The group home-produced a demo in 2012 of this early material - During this time in a creative setting such as this, Nemecyst had begun the writing process for their first major EP project. In May 2013, their ambitions for this project were realised, as they signed their first record deal with Radicate Records.
In August this year, Nemecyst worked with renowned producer Nick Scholey (whose previous production credits include Yashin, Lower than Atlantis, and Flood of Red) to generate their debut EP release via Radicate - entitled "Our Burdens Will Bury Us". With this EP, the band aim to set a new benchmark for what can be achieved both in technical ability and choice song-writing.

Skyharbor will be supported on their Glasgow date fo their UK tour by Nemecyst! They will take to the stage on october 16th to open for the band, while previewing material from their upcoming EP .
Skyharbor are currently promoting their debut album "Blinding White Noise: Illusion and Chaos" via Basick Records
